What is Weedys rewards program?
On every purchase, you'll earn a certain amount of Weedys coins. These coins are worth $1 each and can be redeemed for future purchases. Our rewards program is structured in tiers, with each tier offering a multiplier that increases your earnings on each purchase. To advance to a higher tier, you must meet a cumulative spending threshold for the current year. You can monitor your progress towards the next tier by clicking the account button at the top right corner of our website or visiting weedys.com/account.
How do I start earning rewards?
Starting January 17, 2025, all customers will earn rewards on all their purchases. Even if you haven't created an account yet, your orders will still earn you rewards. Once you decide to create an account, you'll gain access to your rewards!
What are the different status tiers of the program?
The program has four tiers: Silver, Gold, Emerald, and Diamond. Each tier introduces a higher coin multiplier which means the higher your tier the more rewards you are earning on every purchase. Additionally, tiers receive exclusive coupons during specific marketing campaigns. To check if you have any available coupons, simply visit your account dashboard.
How do I know which tier I am?
Your account dashboard shows you your current tier and how close you are to reaching the spend goal to advance to the next tier.
What are Weedys coins?
Weedys coins are like reward points. Each coin is worth $1, redeemable during checkout. Rewards members can also access certain coupons that require redeeming a specific number of coins to receive a discount.
How do I spend Weedys Coins?
You can spend your Weedys coins while shopping online, or you can request that they be applied to your order if you're making a purchase in person at our shop. There is no minimum or limit to how many coins you can redeem on an order.
Do Weedys Coins expire?
No, once you've earned a weedys coin it's yours to keep. We will accept your coins no matter how long it's been since your last visit.
How is status earned?
Tier status is determined by annual spending, with a one-year rollover period. For instance, if you were in the emerald tier in 2024, you'll retain that tier throughout 2025. However, to maintain that tier in 2026, you must meet the spending requirement for emerald again within 2025. If you fail to meet the spending requirement, your tier will be downgraded, but you can regain it by making purchases throughout the year!
Does tier status expire?
Yes, tier status is earned annually. However, we rollover your tier for an additional year, enabling you to enjoy the benefits for two consecutive years! If you meet the tier spending requirements within your rollover year, it means you've renewed your status, and the following year will become a rollover year.
Do you need an email to sign up for rewards?
Yes and a valid phone number. Both will be used to verify your account upon activation. Your email will be used to sign in.
Can I redeem coupons online?
Currently, coupons cannot be redeemed online and instead will need to be requested by the customer when they visit the shop to complete their order.
Are coins and/or coupons transferable?
No, your rewards are for you only and cannot be transferred to or redeemed by another customer.
